Become a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher
At Insight Wisdom Center, we offer a uniquely integrative path to becoming a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), designed especially for those who want to bridge yoga, trauma-informed care, and mental health practice.
Whether you’re a clinician, yoga practitioner, or both, this training is designed to deepen your understanding of the body-mind connection and give you practical tools you can use immediately.
You may complete modules individually or follow the full path toward your 200-hour certification. Module 1: Foundations is required for all other trainings except for the Aerial Yoga Level 1. We’re offering this first iteration of our program to a select few “founders” who will help us shape our program. Each of these trainings are deeply discounted for this first series — after May of 2027, our prices will increase from a total of $2,700 to $3,500. Please note: Most of these modules require the purchase of additional reading materials. The full reading list will be available soon.

Presenter: Valerie Hesslink, MS, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500
As a yoga practitioner, Valerie initially explored yoga teacher training to deepen her practice in her bigger body. Along the way, she discovered a passion for making yoga accessible to all non-conforming bodies. Credentialed with an MS in Yoga Therapy, she’s weaving her journey as a teacher into offering yoga therapy tools as a powerful and accessible healing mechanism.
