Couples Day Retreat
Intuitive Eating Day Retreat
This daylong event (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) led by a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Yoga Therapist provides an opportunity for you to work toward healing your relationship with food and your body. We will explore ways to use the 8 limbs of yoga as guidelines on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life. You will leave the day with an increased sense of awareness of your patterns and a plan for continuing on your path to healing. Includes a catered lunch, and a journal.

Silent Day Retreat
Ease your way into stillness with this one-day retreat at our house/studio in Verona. We will begin the day with instruction and meditation, and slowly move into silence. Challenge yourself to unplug and restore your senses through gentle yoga and meditation in a supportive community. If you’ve ever been curious about a silent retreat, this is a wonderful introduction to the contemplative practices that can help you reset your nervous system. Our schedule is:
